INTERIOR
Floors, ceilings, walls, foundation, stairways, kitchen components, insulation, if it is visible.
ROOF
Roof covering, skylights, eaves, soffits, flashing, trim, vents, gutters and downspouts, chimneys.
HEATING/COOLING
Heating systems, fuel supply, distribution, secondary heat source, cooling systems.
PLUMBING
Water service, interior pipes, hose bibs, connections, waste discharge, and water heater.
ELECTRICAL
Main service, sub-panels, circuits, wiring, outlets and fixtures, electrical protection.
ALSO
MOLD AND AIR QUALITY
Identify presence of mold and Identify toxic molds. Check for Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC). Airborne mold spores which can prove to be very harmful to ones quality of life.
TERMITES AND WOOD DESTROYING INSPECTS
Visible inspection of readily accessible areas and surrounds for termite and wood destroying inspect activity
ENVIRONMENTAL REPORTS
Accurate and comprehensive report which identifies potential environmental risks such as, leaking underground tanks, landfills, and toxic waste sites on or near the property. These risks may threaten a family's health or the value of their investment.
Our home inspections will not reveal every problem that exists or could ever exist, but only those defects observed on the day of the inspection. |
